Announcements:

• More parent volunteers are needed.  See list at end of minutes.  If you are able to volunteer to sign up for a committee or to be a committee chair, please contact Rachel Handel rbhandel@bellsouth.net to be added to the lists.  If you have questions about the various committees, please contact Scott Denham at scdenham@davidson.edu  for more information.  Other contact emails are also listed at the end of this document.

• It was decided that the IB Parent Advisory Council (IB PAC) will meet every 4th  Wednesday of the month at 6:00pm.  The next IB PAC meeting will be February 28 at 6:00pm in the Media Center.  After the meeting, concerns were raised that parents not attending this first meeting had no voice in establishing a regular meeting day (and that 4th Wed was possibly not good for them since they were not in attendance).The regular meeting day will be brought up for discussion again at the Feb 28 meeting.  Any interested parents unable to attend the Feb 28 meeting can email their meeting date comments to Rachel Handel at rbhandel@bellsouth.net to be included in the discussion.
